Deploy Network
Contractors training in operational conditions

Backup for your network

Deploy Network connects PMSCs with former military personnel working as contractors.

Deploy Network complements your network and referral hiring with a simple digital recruitment tool: a filterable talent pool and job offers you can browse, to make it easier to connect when a need outgrows what word of mouth alone can cover.

The problem we solve

For companies

  • When a staffing need goes beyond what your network and referrals can cover, you need to quickly identify the right profiles.
  • Deploy Network gives you a complementary digital recruitment tool: a filterable talent pool and centralized sorting of the applications received on your job offers.

For candidates

  • The other way round, access to missions relies almost entirely on referrals and word of mouth: a skilled profile outside the right circles stays invisible, in a market where competition between candidates is already strong.
  • Deploy Network makes you visible to hiring companies, with a profile that surfaces as soon as an offer matches your criteria.

Deploy Network doesn't replace what the network already does well: the platform complements it with a digital recruitment tool, to absorb surges without adding to your process.

In support, never a replacement

Referral hiring remains the industry's dominant channel of trust, and Deploy Network isn't looking to replace it. The platform steps in as backup, when the network alone can't cover a one-off need. It filters out the noise upstream; the final selection remains entirely up to the company.

How it works

Two ways to meet, depending on who takes the initiative.

For companies

  • Browse the talent pool

Filter declared profiles using standard criteria.

  • Or post a job offer

Make your need visible directly to candidates, without relying solely on your network.

  • Initiate contact

Full contact details are only shown at that point, never before.

For candidates

  • Browse published job offers

Freely, no account or personal network required.

  • Declare your profile

Certifications, desired zones and mission types, availability.

  • Get contacted directly

Your documents stay private; your contact details are only shared after a company has initiated contact, or as soon as you apply to one of its job offers.

Frequently asked questions

Does the site verify the information provided by candidates and companies?+

No, except for French companies' SIREN number, automatically checked at registration. Declared certifications, proof documents and numbers are not authenticated by the platform — the final verification is up to the company.

Is Deploy Network paid?+

No, registration and use are currently free, for both candidates and companies.

How is my personal data protected?+

Your data is hosted within the European Union and is only visible to a company after it has initiated contact with you, or as soon as you apply yourself to one of its job offers. More details in our privacy policy.

What happens if no company contacts me?+

Nothing serious: your profile stays visible in the talent pool as long as you don't turn off your visibility, and you can update it at any time. There's no commitment or time limit.

How do I delete my account?+

From the “My account” page, a button lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data, at any time.

How are candidates selected for a mission?+

Deploy Network structures and filters profiles, but never takes part in the final selection: that remains entirely the company's responsibility.

Is two-factor authentication (2FA) mandatory?+

Yes, to keep every account secure, two-factor authentication is required from your very first login. It takes just a few minutes to set up with an app like Google Authenticator or Authy.
