1. Data collected

Deploy Network collects, depending on the type of account created:

  • Candidates: identity, contact details, CNAPS professional licence number (optional), declared certifications, desired zones and mission types, availability, languages spoken, background summary, and a proof of military service record.
  • Companies: name, SIREN number, sector of activity and the primary contact's details.

2. Why this data is sensitive

The proof of military service record attests to a military background. We handle it with the utmost care: it is never viewed by companies, never made public, and is used for no purpose other than building your profile.

3. Who sees what

  • The talent pool is only accessible to authenticated company accounts, never to the public.
  • Companies only see the declared criteria (certifications, zones, mission types, availability, languages) and a neutral “Documents provided” badge — this badge is in no way a certification or verification on our part.
  • Your full contact details (name, email, phone) are only disclosed to a company after it has initiated contact with your profile in the talent pool, or as soon as you apply yourself to one of its job offers.
  • Your proof of military service record is never accessible to companies, at any time.

4. Hosting

All data is hosted within the European Union.

5. Cookies

Deploy Network only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to function (keeping you signed in). No audience-measurement, advertising or tracking cookie is ever set, so no consent is required for these essential cookies.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of your data. You can edit your profile or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the “My account” page.

You also have a right to data portability: a structured copy of the data you have provided can be downloaded at any time from the “My account” page.

For any question about exercising your rights, you can use the Contact page. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or your local data protection authority.

7. Consent

Registering on Deploy Network requires explicit consent to the processing of your personal data, collected when your account is created.

8. No automated decision-making

Sorting profiles in the talent pool relies exclusively on standard filters applied to declared criteria.
